Gheorghe Muresan – 7’7″
Gheorghe Muresan, a Romanian-born basketball player, may not be the best player in the NBA but his incredible height is amazing. His height is pegged at 7 feet and 7 inches and he is taller than Manute Bol, the Sudanese player, by a quarter of an inch. So, Gheorghe remains the tallest basketball player in the league. Also, he has the tallest height in the European Union.
He even uses his height outside basketball. He played a starring role in ‘My Giant’ and Eminem’s rap video tagged ‘My Name is.’ Also, he co-authored a book titled ‘The Boy’s Fitness Guide.’
