Ingredients
- 6 cups frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups diced cooked ham

- 8 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cans (12 oz each) evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Prepare the Casserole
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the frozen hash browns evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese, diced ham, and green onions over the potatoes.
Make the Egg Mixture
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, evaporated milk, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the potato mixture in the baking dish.
