Seven Effective Yoga Poses for Beautiful Breasts

Triangle Pose.

Trikonasana, know commonly as the Triangle Pose, helps the release and strengthening of the thorax. It stretches the spine, and improves your blood flow.

How to perform:

You place your feet wide apart first and turn the left one 90 degrees and the right one at 15 degrees.

Touch your left ankle with your left hand (over time, you’ll be able to put your open palm on the floor)

Stretch your right arm upwards so your arms make a straight line while keeping your knees and spine straight too.

Turn your face up, and look at your fingers.
